I spotted this boy holding a balloon and it immediately sparked a lot of memories for me. In Singapore, gone are the days when balloons are helium filled and a thin string tied to it to prevent it from floating away. Nowadays, balloons are attached with a rigid plastic that props up the balloon. The plastic support for the balloon is a fixed length, but the string type can be much higher.
I timed the shot when the boy looked up at his balloon. – Andrew
