I took this photo while walking the streets of Berlin with SimonSawSunlight from RFF back in late July. It was 7.30 – 8.00pm or so and the long shadows everywhere after a glorious sunny day were stunning. I saw this shadow as we were walking up to an intersection to cross the street and managed to get this shot off just before the lights changed and the rider jumped on her bicycle and rode away. I thought 50mm might be a little too long to fit the shadow completely in the frame, but the shot worked out well in the end. – Jon Mitchell
